This year, as always, a very hard-working Jury will be kept busy watching, discussing and finally awarding a prize for the best film. The prizes for 2013 are:

The INTERNATIONAL JURY AWARD
- of € 1,500 - will be awarded to the best feature-length film (either Documentary or Fiction, and an Austrian premiere) by an industry jury.

Katrina Daschner
was born in 1973 in Hamburg. Lives and works in Vienna as an artist. 2001–2002 she ran the performance space salon “Lady Chutney” (with Johanna Kirsch and Stefanie Seibold). She was part of the performance band SV DAMENKRAFT. In her internationally shown exhibitions she focuses on sexuality, power structures and queer-feminist (body) politics. Between 2005–2010 she taught Performance Art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna.

Katharina Lampert
was born in Vienna in 1976. She studied Comparative Literature and Chinese Studies at the University of Vienna from 1995 to 1999 and Conceptual Art from 1999 onwards in Renée Green's class at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. Lampert has achieved numerous solo and joint projects in the fields of visual arts and film; among others she was co-initiator of a summer academy for women artists from Vienna and Hamburg (2003 and 2004). She lives and works in Vienna.

Katharina Mückstein
was born in Vienna in 1982. After school she started work at Film in Hamburg and other film productions while studying philosophy and gender studies at the Viennese popular theater. From 2004 to 2010 she studied film directing at the Vienna Film Academy with Michael Haneke. In 2010 she founded La Banda film, a work collective and production company.

Director of a commercial for Asylum in Emergency (Asyl In Not) with Günther Paal (2011); screenplay Frühsommer, feature, screenwriting grant from BMUKK (in progress, 2010). Co-Author and producer for Sabine Derflinger's documentary Vom Umgang mit der Schuld, supported by ÖFI and FFW (in progress, since 2009); wrote and directed Die Vereinigung (2008); wrote and directed Das Erbe (2006); first professional works amongst others were music videos for VIVA and MTV for L’Age D’or Hamburg (2003).
